In a context where therapy is stigmatized and cultural sensitivity is paramount, we addressed the challenge of creating a user-friendly platform for mental health services.
Throughout the project I worked closely with the client to understand their specific challenges. I started by benchmarking the competition, created wireframes and performed user testing to ensure the design met the needs of the end user. I then created the brand identity, which reflected reassurance and confidence, followed by the development of high-fidelity mockups focused on accessibility. The company’s website was developed in WordPress for ease of content management. In addition, I ensured that the platform was easily scalable for future expansion and growth.
